Full-Time Associate Dentist - Thriving Practice, Competitive Compensation

About Us:

Our practice boasts an impressive track record, with $2.5 million+ in annual collections generated by the owner and two part-time associates(4 days/week combined) who are ready to retire. We are seeking a skilled and motivated associate to replace them and join our team. The owner is willing to mentor, providing guidance and support whenever needed.

Position Details:

• Working Days/Hours: Monday through Thursday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
• Patient Mix: Cash and PPO (in-network with Blue Cross and Delta Premier)
• New Patients: 40-50 per month
• Google Review Rating: 4.8 star average
• Clinical Scope: Most adult procedures offered in-house but we refer out almost all pediatric cases

Practice Features:

• Operatories: 10 fully-equipped operatories
• Hygienists: 3 Full-Time Hygienists (2 assisted, resulting in 5 columns of hygiene)
• Assistants: 2 dedicated dental assistants per doctor
• Technology: Our practice is equipped with the latest tools and technologies, including Waveone, iTero, CBCT, Waterlase, and an implant system

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: Competitive pay structure with an initial daily rate of $650-$750, followed by 32% of collections (Collections rate in high 90s)
• Income Expectations: $180,000-$220,000 annually
• Benefits: Medical benefits with 60% of the employee’s premium paid, 401K with a 3% match, and a $2,000 Continuing Education (CE) stipend

Associate Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience or residency required
• Procedures: Proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical extractions is essential
• Desirable Skills: Candidates with advanced skills including implant placement is ideal
