Private practice with 25 years in the community seeking full-time Associate. Knowledgeable, talented team with advanced training (including expanded function assistants who can replace fillings) to exponentially increase a doctor’s productivity potential. We believe in investing in our team to ensure your success. Great new building, fresh technology, and an experienced dentist to teach and mentor. This position would be full-time (4 days). Our staff has completed more than 30 consultant-curated trainings, such as: new patient red-carpet experience, phone training to maximize new patient appointment conversion, hygiene mix of services, and a robust perio program.  We have amazing in-house marketing resources that generate new patients on each doctor’s schedule every day, and our new doctors are sent to high level associate training.
