Dr. Sicher & his team is searching for a motivated Dentist (DDS or DMD) that is ready to

take on a leadership role within this thriving private practice. Farmville Dental has been

serving the Farmville, VA community for decades & we are ready to grow & expand.

It may not be easy, but it will be worth it:

• Guaranteed Base Salary starting at $10,000 / month or 32% of Collections, whichever is greater*
• Ownership Available:  In a 5 year period, you will become a partner and share in a 10% equity stake.
• Student loan repayment assistance! (Up to $50,000 paid out at $10,000 per year for 5 years).

*Compensation & Benefits will be based on your experience & your ability to deliver

high quality treatment (typical compensation range is between $150,000 - $270,000 based upon your individual dental production, benefit package, & future ownership).

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• AEGD, GPR, or Military Service is a plus!
• Active Duty & Military Veterans are welcomed!
• Valid Virginia dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
• General Dentistry, focuses on continuing education & advanced skills
