About the POSITION:

General Dentist needed in Westphalia, MO

Currently our practice has 10 OPS with 4 more plumbed and equipment ready to go in if needed.

The owner specializes in surgery, implants, fixed prosthetics, and dentures. He does not perform any general dentistry and refers it all to associates, he even refers some single implants and denture cases if the associate has the skills. Very open to someone coming in and learning and growing with the practice. Option as well to have someone buy in to the practice.

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

Very flexible with compensation set up. Most likely a base guarantee and percentage of production.
