Associate Dentist- High Tech Office offering Mentoring, Tight-Knit Staff, Great Income Potential

Join our dynamic team at a new, state-of-the-art dentist office opening in spring 2024. We are seeking a skilled and personable associate dentist to provide exceptional dental care.

About the Practice:

• Private practice owned by the dentist working at the office
• Modern office with CEREC, CBCT, 3D Printer, Implant System, WaveOne endo system
• Fully staffed by a friendly and motivated team. Staff experienced and well-trained
• Nearly $2 Million annual collections
• 100-120 new patients per month
• Bread-and-butter dentistry focus but with advanced procedures offered (implants)

Associate Criteria:

• All experience levels welcome, including 2024 dental school graduates or residents.
• Primary criteria: good chair-side manner.
• Comfortable with anterior and premolar procedures (molar experience a bonus).

Compensation:

• 33-34%, depending on experience
• $700/daily guarantee for six months
• $200,000+ income potential, for an efficient dentist
