*Boutique Private Office - Out-of-Network/Fee for Service Only*

• $750 a day guaranteed for term of employment or 33% Production (whichever is greater)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $5,000 Retention Bonus
• CBCT - Dexis OP 3D
• Implant & Endo Equipment
• 2 days a week (Wed & Fri) - 9 am to 5 pm
