Dr. Jordan and her incredible team are looking for the right dentist to join our practice as an Associate. She and her office staff are certified in a host of dental procedures specializing  in general and cosmetic dentistry and are ready to expand! We have served the Windsor, CT community for 30 years, both as residents and as a dental team to the community! • Daily Guarantee ($750) during the initial 90-day “ramp up” period OR 32% of net production (whichever is higher)!
• Stable & consistent schedule (3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
• Stellar patient base with almost 100% collection rate (We provide care for over 1100 patients yearly)
• Steady new patient flow with a busy hygiene schedule – allowing you to build your patient base with confidence 
• If the right fit, the new dentist can earn vesting equity in the practice (becoming a junior partner) without having to buy in

• Modern/digital office - Panoramic, NuPro soft tissue laser, Trios Scanner, and Endosequence

• $2,000 per year CE allowance

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Qualified candidates must have an active Connecticut dental license (or in the  process of obtaining) that is active & in good standing and be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage
• 2+ years of experience in General Dentistry
• Experienced in General Dentistry.  Advanced training in (Sleep Apnea), (Implant Placement), Molar Endo, Ortho, and Oral Surgery IS A PLUS!
• Confident & driven – you will be leading your team to success
• Friendly & flexible – able to get along with your team members & be a leader in the practice
