This two-location private practice is seeking a dedicated dentist to join the Nashville office as the sole provider, overseeing a robust patient base and enjoying a modern office equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Job Details:

• $300,000+ Income Potential: Pay includes a daily guarantee plus production-based percentage, W2 position with benefits including health insurance and CE stipends
• Practice producing over $2,000,000 per year, with $130,000+ in doctor production
• Operatory Setup: 6 ops; supported by 1 hygienist and 3 assistants (including 1 EDDA)
• Patient Base: Middle-class with a mix of cash-paying and PPO plan patients; 50% Spanish-speaking patients with bilingual staff
• New Patients: 100+ per month
• Office Technology: CBCT, WaveOne, digital scanner, surgical handpieces, implant system, laser
• Partnership Potential: Future partnership opportunity available for the right dentist

Associate Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a productive office
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in anterior and premolar endo, surgical extractions, and crowns required; proficiency in molar endo and third molar extractions preferred
• Personality: Likeable, strong communication skills, good work ethic, empathetic towards patients
• Cultural Understanding: Comfortable with diverse patient backgrounds and minimal prior exposure to dental care; patient and empathetic demeanor
