About Dr. Marcius & Chapel Hill Dental Care: Dr. Marcius has served the Cuyahoga Falls & Akron, OH communities for decades. Our private dental practice is primed with potential & needing the a strong leader & ambitious dentist to help us grow. We are looking for a general dentist (DDS / DMD) with 3+ years of experience that is hungry for growth & eager to be part of building a strategy for a sustainable future as Dr. Marcius transitions into retirement. Because Dr. Marcius has built a reputation for providing sedation dentistry, he will continue to be available to oversee the sedation process as you deliver the dental treatment, allowing you to serve your patients with ease!
Opportunity Details
- Daily Schedule: Full Time (4-5 days/week) available! (No Nights or Weekends)
- Compensation: We offer a daily guarantee during your initial credentialling period. After your ramp up period, you will earn a competitive compensation based on your performance. We are focused on patient care over production metrics but understand that you deserve to be well-compensated for your hard work. (Commiserate with experience, 30-35% of your personal Collections.)

Qualifications:
You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
A valid & active Ohio dental license that is in good standing.
A passion for providing comprehensive and quality dentistry.
Commitment to excellence & providing exceptional patient care.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Experience with Endodontics, and Implant Restorations & Placements a plus!
