Position: Instructor in Dental Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center (Division of Endodontics)
Salary Range or Pay Grade: $118,500
Description:
Columbia University College of Dental Medicine invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Endodontics within the Section of Cariology and Restorative Sciences. The Search Committee at the College of Dental Medicine is particularly interested in candidates who, through their research, teaching, and/or service, will contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
Responsibilities:
The selected individual will have responsibilities that will include preclinical and clinical education and training for predoctoral and postdoctoral students, as well as clinical supervision of patient care. Candidates must possess the ability to build strong working relationships with students and faculty. The position also provides an opportunity to practice within ColumbiaDoctors.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a dental degree, a certificate, or another advanced degree in Endodontics from a CODA-accredited institution or an equivalent foreign institution.
They must have or be eligible for a New York State dental license.
Candidates with research qualifications and/or Diplomate status by the American Board of Endodontics are preferred.
