This full-time associate dentist position offers excellent income, access to a highly-trained mentor, and a path to partnership in a state-of-the-art office.

Location: 45 minutes from downtown Charlotte, our state-of-the-art office is situated in beautiful Lincolnton, NC, on the west side of Lake Norman.

Highlights:

  • $250,000+ income potential Based on a percentage of adjusted production with no lab deductions for restorations. Initial daily rate and benefits are available
  • Mentorship: Work alongside a highly-trained mentor with extensive continuing education (including Speak and Kois) and a strong focus on advanced procedures like implants and full arch rehabs.
  • Path to Partnership: For the right candidate, a partnership opportunity is available after 6-12 months.
  • Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Most procedures performed on-site, including implants and advanced treatments.
  • Robust Patient Base: Enjoy a thriving patient flow with 55-60 new patients per month and a stellar 4.9-star average Google review rating.
  • Modern Office: CBCT, digital scanning, a 3D printer, implant system.
  • Work-life balance: 4 days per week with no nights or weekends.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience preferred, but motivated early-career dentists are encouraged to apply.
  • Confident in bread-and-butter dentistry with a willingness to learn advanced procedures.
  • Strong people skills, openness to coaching, and a humble attitude are essential.
