Job Details

Full Time or Part Time Associate Dentist needed in York, PA!

Busy, state-of-the-art private practice, located 2 hours west of Philly. Practice has been established for over 40+ years. Owner is open to mentorship, 1+ years of clinical experience preferred, but OPEN TO NEW GRADS! Office primarily Bread and Butter (Endo and Extraction heavy) – Refers out all implants, ortho, and 3rd molar impactions. Modern technology (digital X-ray, paperless patient charts). This office has an excellent support staff, with long standing employees, little turnover. Good work life balance!!

Compensation:

  • 80% PPO/ 20% FFS
  • Family practice (65% Adults || 35% Kids)
  • 10 Operatories
  • Mentorship Available
  • Daily Guarantee for the first 60-90 ($650-$850 based on experience)|| 35% collection rate
  • Earning potential near $300,000 annually
  • Excellent support staff/hygiene and admin team
  • CE Allowance, Vacation time, 401k, $4,000/year medical advance.

Schedule:

  • Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-6pm
  • Friday: 8am-1pm
  • NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA
