FULL-TIME General Dentist needed just north of State College, PA – $350,000 Annually!
This busy, state of the art practice, fully digitized family practice is looking for their next associate! Right in the heart of Pennsylvania, this rural based, completely Fee For Service practice is looking for an associate interested in ownership. The incoming associate would be the PRIMARY dentist on staff with complete autonomy with their patients with clinical help from the owner. The incoming associate must be willing to learn and enhance skills on all forms of broad spectrum general dentistry including, but not limited to; Endo, Crown and Bridge, Reconstruction, and more. You do not need experience with all, but be willing to learn as you develop in the practice.
** OWNER IS OFFERING FREE HOUSING FOR THE 1ST YEAR!! **
About the Practice:
– Completely FFS
– 1.1 million in annual Revenue
– 90% Adult patient base with some pediatric cases
– 20 miles from Penn State
– 3 hours from Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and NYC!
– Fully renovated 4 years ago
– Long term, support staff in place
Compensation:
– $1,100 daily guarantee for first 6 months
– 35 % of production after first 6 months
– Benefit Package; Health insurance, IRA match, CE allowance, and Student Loan Repayment!
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday (8:00-5:00)
Friday (OFF)
Saturday (OFF)
Sunday (OFF)
