Private Practice looking for their next Associate Dentist in Columbia, MD!

This busy, state-of-the-art private family practice, located just west of Baltimore, is looking to add a General Dentist to their established team. This dental practice is primarily a bread-and-butter practice that refers out all endo, implants, and sedation. The office is mostly fee-for-service. The owner seeking Associate interested in buy-in/buy-out and clinical care experience is required to apply. This office has a strong hygiene program;  dedicated team in place.

Compensation:
– Initial Guarantee for the first 60-90 days (Negotiable based on experience) || 30-35% of collections after.

Schedule:
Monday 8am – 5pm
Tuesday 8am – 5pm
Wednesday 8am – 5pm
Thursday 8am – 5pm
Friday (rotating) 8am – 1pm

Requirements: Clinical experience and an active DDS or DMD license in MD.
