General Dentist - Full Time Opportunity in Private Practice!

Full Time General Dentist needed in Salisbury, MD!!

This family based, private practice, located just off the eastern shore of Maryland, is looking for their next associate! OPEN TO NEW GRADS – Mentorship available as desired. Office primarily works with broad spectrum general dentistry covering, but not limited to; Bread and Butter, basic root canals, crown & bridge, veneers, extractions, dentures, restoration, fillings, and whitening. Patient base is mostly adults (90/10). Refers out complex cases, implant placement, sedation, and emergency cases. Office does not do much work with perio. Modern up-to-date technology!

Compensation:
– Daily Guarantee ranging between $650-$725/daily or 32% of collections
– Ins; Health and Dental
– CE Allowance and 401K w/ match (after 1 year)

About the Office:
– 3 full time Dentists on staff
– FFS (25%) || PPO (50%) || Traditional (15%) || Medicaid (10%)
– Clinically experienced hygiene team/assistants, and admin
– 7 Operators, 10 chairs
– Most working have ties to the area
– Complete patient load with excellent rapport – office is always growing!
– Brother office located in Easton

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday (7:30am – 4:00)
Friday (7:45am – 2:00)
NO WEEKENDS!!

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in MD
