Private Practice seeking Full Time Associate Dentist in Elizabethtown, PA!

This state of the art, family based practice is seeking two Associate Dentist to join their busy, private practice. The office is seeking a general dentist who is open to all aspects of broad general dentistry, but hoping to find someone who is Molar Endo proficient (this is not a requirement). Most of procedures are completed in house consisting of; Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Veneers, Invisalign, Crowns and Bridges, Teeth Whitening, Sedation Dentistry, Root Canals, Performance Mouthwear, Snoring and Sleep Apnea, and TMD Treatment.

About the Office:
– 8 total docs on staff (incredible hygiene team in place)
– 20 total rooms in office (12 Ops and 8 for Hygienists)
– FFS/PPO/Traditional Ins* accepted

Compensation (Please Read):
–  DRAW Based; 35% Employee collection. Employee shall receive a yearly salary draw of $100,000.00 At the end of each calendar month, the cumulative total compensation earned by Employee pursuant to this Section shall be determined. If the cumulative total compensation earned is more than the cumulative salary draws, Employer shall pay Employee such excess on the second payday of the immediately succeeding month. If the cumulative total compensation earned is less than the cumulative draws, the deficiency shall be determined and treated as an arrearage to be offset against future compensation determined on a monthly basis.

Schedule:
4 day work week; 38-40 hours guaranteed.
Mon. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tue. 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wed. 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thu. 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Fri. 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sat. 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Once a month/rotational)

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA
