Associate Dentist Needed in Tannersville, PA!

Jeffrey R. Wert, DMD, has been proudly serving the community for over 35 years, providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive dentistry and possesses vast experience in all dental procedures. About Our Practice

• 90% PPO and 10% FFS
• Currently (2) Drs. and (4) hygienists
• Dr. chairs: 3 || Hygiene chairs: 4
• Digital X-Ray system, Trios 3, Rotary Wave One, Overjet

Schedule:

• Part Time; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (hours vary)

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
• Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee – $650-750 for first 3-6 months > 33-35% of collections.
• Generous CE allowance

Requirements

• Valid dental license and completion of an accredited dental program
• Proven experience as an Associate Dentist
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
• Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• Create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and technology
