Full Time General Dentist needed in Lancaster, PA!!

This busy, state of the art, modern practice is seeking its next associate dentist and is OPEN TO NEW GRADS!  With over 18 years serving the Lancaster community, an incoming associate would have an established patient base from the beginning, an experienced team around them, and the opportunity to grow with mentorship as desired. The office is a family practice that sees anyone and everyone. The office is split between FFS, PPO, and Medicaid. The office is looking for someone who is big on community standard, value, and respect.

About The Office:
– FFS/PPO/Medicaid
– Integrated Core, Excellent team and Community
– You will have your own team of coordinators, assistants and hygienists.
– Planning to open another facility
– Large, private group practice (NOT A DSO)
– Grow at your own pace!
– Experienced team, little turnover.

Benefits:
– Minimum Base Salary of $175,000/year OR % of collections (based on experience)
– Full Range of Insurance (Health, Vision, Dental, Malpractice)
– Retirement plan after 1 year (10+, 20+ year) – The longer you work, the more you take home

– 401K plan

Schedule:
Monday through Saturday (8:00am – 8:00pm)
Sunday (CLOSED)

Requirements: Must have 1+ year of clinical experience and an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA
