Full Time General Dentist needed in Busy, Private Practice in Hagerstown, MD!!

This state of the art, modern, digitized office located in the heart of Hagerstown is seeking their next associate dentist. This practice is OPEN TO NEW GRADS and also provides a CE allowance! This office has been serving the Hagerstown community for over 40 years and has an established patient rapport. This office is looking for someone who is well versed in Bread and Butter dentistry, open to mentorship (as desired), is patient focused, and has a strong belief in personal morals. An incoming doc will be doing their own hygiene for the first few cycles. The candidate must be open to most forms of cosmetic and restorative dentistry and be willing to work with children for the office is a family practice that sees anyone and everyone!

About The Office:
– PPO/FFS
– OPEN TO NEW GRADS!!
– Completely digital (Scanner, X-ray, Record)
– Refers out Advanced Cases of Endo, Surgery, and Ortho
– Experienced Support Staff, Clinical team, and Admin

Compensation:
– Initial Guarantee between $600-$700/daily for first 60-90. Then % of collections
– Potential to make $180K-200K annually.

Tuesday (8-6)
Wednesday (8-5)
Thursday (8-6)
Friday (CLOSED)
Saturday/Sunday (CLOSED)

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in MD
