General Dentist- Established Private Practice with CEREC

Join an established private practice known for its commitment to quality dental care and patient satisfaction. Take over patients as the owner cuts back their chair time.

• 50% FFS, 50% in-network PPO
• Non-corporate environment where patient care comes first
• Modern facilities and equipment – CEREC, CBCT, implant system, iTero
• Comprehensive Clinical Philosophy. Owner is Spear-trained and believes in quality-focused, long-term dentistry
• No high pressure treatment planning
• Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. PT options considered

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
• Proficiency in restorative, endodontic, and basic surgical procedures
• Preferred experience with CEREC technology
• Bonus points for experience in implant placement, molar endodontics, and Spear Training

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive daily rate ($720-$800/day, depending on experience) or 32% of adjusted production
• W2 employment status with benefits including health insurance, 401k, and a CE stipend
