Job Details

Full Time Associate General Dentist needed for a position with a clear path to partnership (optional). A highly productive dentist will have a busy schedule, efficient team, and the advantage of working with a dentist-led team rather than a corporate setting.

Key highlights of the opportunity include:

  • Fully owned and operated by a dentist, not a DSO
  • PPO and cash patients, no Medicaid
  • Clinical autonomy. Schedule optimized for efficiency, but you make the call on which cases you keep or send out
  • Generate $1.2 Million+ in revenue on a 4-day schedule
  • Modern office equipped with digital technology
  • Expected Income: $350,000+ as an associate,

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Tennessee dental license
  • Ideal candidate will have a history of generating $1 Million+ in annual collections in their previous practice
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and a focus on providing necessary procedures only
  • At least 2 years of experience
