A thriving family-owned private practice in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their dynamic team. Known for their commitment to exceptional dental care in a technologically advanced environment, this practice offers a positive work atmosphere and excellent growth opportunities.

About the Practice:
With state-of-the-art equipment including CBCT and CEREC, this practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality dental services. They foster a supportive and welcoming environment where patient care is paramount.

Job Highlights:

  • Full-time position with a 4-day workweek. Monday-Thursday. Never nights. Never weekends
  • Averaging 50 new patients per month
  • Work alongside your own team of 1 hygienist (adding a 2nd) and 2 assistants
  • Potential income of $200,000+ annually, including a first-year guarantee and percentage-based compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits package featuring health insurance, retirement plan, CE stipend, and office-sponsored continuing education (through Spear)
  • Pathway to partnership

Requirements:

  • Valid South Carolina dental license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental practice
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
