  • 3 Dentist office supported by 2 dedicated dental assistants per dentist. Share 2 assisted hygienists
  • Earn 30-32% with no lab deductions, with the option for an initial daily guarantee and comprehensive health and 401k benefits

Requirements for the Associate Dentist Role:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Ability to develop treatment plans for optimal dental care
  • Proficiency in implant placement, cosmetic procedures, and surgeries preferred (current procedures referred to another location)
