Are you an enthusiastic and skilled dentist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a modern, high-performance practice? We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our well-established, majority fee-for-service private practice with a stellar reputation for excellence. Located an hour from downtown Birmingham and 30 minutes from Chelsea.

  • Successful, Single-location Private Practice Practice: 2 dentist office with over $3 Million in annual collections.
  • Busy schedule: Both dentists booked out months in advance. 50-80 new patients per month.
  • Modern Facilities: CBCT, 3D printer, CEREC, implant system, digital scanner.
  • Advanced Procedures: Offering a comprehensive range of services including general, implant, and sedation dentistry, allowing you to enhance your skills and deliver top-tier patient care.
  • Mentoring Opportunities: Practice alongside two experienced dentists who are happy to mentor. This is a particularly good opportunity for a dentist who is interested in learning implant placement.
  • Exceptional Income Potential: Pay includes a base guarantee or 32% of collections with no lab deductions.
  • Excellent Work-Life Balance: 4.5 working days per week and no nights or weekends.

Associate Criteria:

  • Experience: Open to all experience levels but some experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent people skills and a willingness to learn. An interest in implants is preferred, and sedation experience or interest is ideal but not required.
