SUBURBAN HARRISBURG, PA - PRACTICE PARTNER NEEDED SOLO PRACTICE SEEKING A PARTNER. REAL ESTATE OWNED BY DENTIST.

This practice is a thriving single owner general practice (LLC) with 7 operatories, experienced care team, strong hygiene program, fully digital with CBCT/Pan, I/O cameras, iTero scanner, and laser. Several operatories plumbed for nitrous and current owner licensed to perform IV sedation. Stable client base, 50-60 new patients a month and over 3,500 active patients.

Owner/Dentist is ideally 3-5 years from not wanting to be the majority practice owner and 6-10 years from retirement.

Owner/Dentist is proactively seeking to have as many conversations as possible in the next several months about possibilities; including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, sales and any other configurations that could be mutually beneficial. The sedation portion of the practice can be excluded from the sale and retained only by the Owner/Dentist.
