About Ann Arbor Smiles Dental Group: Established in 1984, Ann Arbor Smiles Dental Group is a dentist-owned practice dedicated to improving the lives of others, including our patients, employees and community. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dentist to join our team and contribute to our continued success and the growth of our dental group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage two chairs and oversee at least two hygiene columns
- Grow in leadership roles through mentorship from our managing partner/CDO
- Interest in specializing in a procedure or developing expertise in a specialty area Demonstrate a commitment to our mission, vision, and values through high employee satisfaction, outstanding patient reviews and exceptional dental care Maintain a full time schedule, working at least 4 days per week, including one evening a week and up to 2 Saturdays a quarter Support future expansion by leading the start of a new practice
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid dental license in the state of Michigan.
- Proven ability to meet competitive production goals while maintaining excellent clinical quality
- Strong leadership skills and the desire to grow into additional leadership roles.
- 5+ years practicing as a dentist preferred
