Associate Dentist

Well-established, private dental practice in Dayton, OH is looking for an Associate Dentist to join a friendly and dedicated team! Position Details:

• Salary: $200,000- $300,000++/year
• Revenue Share: 32% of revenue collections
• Daily Guarantee: Up to $1,000
• In Network with only two insurance providers
• Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week, 7 AM - 5 PM, M-Th)
• Health Insurance: 50% of the premium covered by the practice
• Continuing Education Stipend: Includes a Spear online account
• Operational Support: Working with 4 columns (2 EFDA/Restorative and 2 Hygiene), full support staff
• Relocation Stipend: Available for the right candidate

Practice Details:

• Ownership: Two current owners, with one retiring
• Patient Flow: Approximately 109 new patients/month
• Facilities: Two, high-tech upscale offices in the Dayton, OH area equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including:
  • 11 operatories with potential for 13
  • Trios 5 scanner
  • Planmeca CBCT
  • Kerr Endo System
  • Private surgical suite with Implant Direct Surgical setup
  • Versah Osteodensification Burs

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Credentialed as a "Delta Premier" provider
• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Specialty skills in root canals, orthodontics, or any surgical procedures

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
