Are you a passionate and skilled dentist looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and high-tech environment? This established, locally owned and operated private practice in Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time associate dentist.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Full-time position working 4 days per week. No weekends
  • High-tech office with comprehensive services: CBCT, digital scanner, implant system, digital x-ray, endo system.
  • $300,000+ Income Potential: Earn an initial daily guarantee before transitioning to 30% of net collections.
  • Benefits include health insurance, 401k, CE stipend.
  • Dedicated support team: Work alongside two dedicated dental assistants and a treatment coordinator, check two hygiene columns.
  • Mentorship and growth opportunities: Learn from a senior partner willing to coach advanced procedures like implant placement, molar endo, and third molar extractions.
