A well-established private dental practice is in search of a friendly, patient-focused associate dentist to join their dedicated team.

About the Position:

  • Take over an existing patient base in a practice that sees a 50/50 mix of Fee-for-Service and PPO patients.
  • Modern office with iTero, implant system
  • 4.9-star average google review with a reputation for friendly, relationship-based dentistry
  • Work life balance. 4-day work week
  • Work in an efficient environment supported by a well-trained staff, fostering a friendly workplace.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $200,000+ income potential, with 32-35% of adjusted production. An initial daily guarantee is available.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a CE stipend, 401k with matching contributions, health and dental insurance, paid malpractice insurance, and coverage for license fees.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a North Carolina dental license and have at least 2 years of experience.
  • A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A commitment to always prioritizing the patient’s best interests is a must.
