Dental Opportunity – Springfield, IL

This position will provide dental care services to patients of the Center for Family Medicine's FQHC's programs at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

Provide direct dental services to patients of the SIU CFM dental clinic in Springfield. On an emergent or temporary basis, provide dental care to patients at other SIU FQHC dental sites. Supervise dental hygienist and dental assistants in the provision of dental care to patients. Participate in Center Peer Review and Quality Improvement activities. Provide emergency services to patients as needed. Ideal candidate will be passionate about serving the underrepresented minority and low income populations.

A Doctorate of Dental Surgery or Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Illinois licensed or ability to obtain an Illinois license to practice Dentistry in the state of Illinois.
