Join the Guthrie Clinic Section of Dental Medicine, providing high-quality patient care to the Finger Lakes Region of NY and Northeastern PA.

The Guthrie Clinic seeks a GPR-trained dentist for a full-time position with our Dental team. Join our group practice, which provides traditional full-scope dental care and hospital-based practice components such as inpatient and emergency department consultations and operating room privileges.
 

Highlights of the Position

  • Practice alongside three general dentists, one orthodontist, two oral surgeons, and five dental hygienists
  • Offer dental services to adults and children, including those with special needs
  • Provide hospital-based consultations with inpatient and emergency departments
  • Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment with supportive administration
  • The group participates with both commercial and state insurance


Candidate Requirements

  • Unwavering commitment to our mission of improving health through clinical excellence and compassion; every patient, every time
  • Completion of General Practice Residency program (or in progress)
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania Dental license


Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary starts at $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance
  • Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions
  • Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals


Career Development

  • Meeting time - 14 days with options for home study
  • $3,400 annually for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM. - 5:00 PM, traditional schedule
