Deakyne Dental Associates is excited to offer a rare opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join our team, with the potential for partnership in the future.

Located in Smyrna, Delaware, our practice recently celebrated 50 years of trusted service to the community. With a surplus of patients and a rapidly growing, loyal patient base, we offer the ideal environment for growth and success. Our modern dental facility has now expanded to have 14 fully equipped operatories to support the dental services provided.

As part of our team, you’ll benefit from a highly capable staff dedicated to providing the best care to our patients. Moreover, you’ll receive comprehensive mentorship from two highly successful doctors, Dr. David Deakyne Jr. and Dr. Michael Nies, who offer a full complement of services, enabling you to expand your skill set and refine your expertise.

Position Highlights:

Guaranteed Salary: $270,000 annually for four days a week (45 clinical weeks per year).

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).

Delaware professional license (assistance provided for out-of-state transitions, subject to qualifications).

Strong interest in restorative, surgical, and endodontic treatments.

Commitment to providing comprehensive care and building long-term patient relationships.
