Pediatric Dentist needed in Stevens Point, WI

About the Position

Full-Time Pediatric Dentist
Location: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Stevens Point, WI

• Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:30 AM–6:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (Friday). Full-time providers work a 40-hour week, choosing between 4-day (10-hour) or 5-day (8-hour) shifts, with a 30- or 60-minute lunch break and two hours of weekly administrative time.
• Work Environment: Scheduling is a collaborative process involving the Clinical Chief and the provider, with daily oversight by the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Examine teeth, gums, and related tissues to evaluate oral health, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer anesthetics during procedures to ensure patient comfort.
• Perform preventive care and monitor trends in dental health to identify changes or issues.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.

About the Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $250,000 + annually
