Job Details

This Associate Dentist Position that with potential for eventual Partnership in a High-Tech, Patient-focused Private Practice.

  • located in the town of Shelby, 40 miles west of Charlotte
  • Comprehensive Dentistry
  • Practice established in the area 40+ years. Mixed PPO, FFS patients
  • Mentoring available
  • Cone Beam CT, implant system, digital scanners, 3D printer
  • Single location private practice. Work with 3 other dentists
  • 100 new patients per month per provider
  • Full-Time, 4 days per week. No nights or weekends
  • Work with your own team of 2 hygienists, 2 assistants
  • Positive work environment
  • $160,000-$200,000 first-year guarantee with 35% of production, no lab deductions
  • Partnership potential after a successful associate period

Requirements:

  • Licensed North Carolina Dentist
  • Must be good at making personal connections with patients
  • Experience preferred but not required
