Dental Director needed in Greenfield, MA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Dental Director to lead our dental team in Greenfield, MA. This role involves a combination of direct patient care (50%) and leadership responsibilities, including supervising and evaluating dental provider staff.

Requirements:

• License: Must hold a valid Massachusetts dental license.
• Experience: At least 5 years of clinical practice experience is required. Supervisory and/or managerial experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills & Expertise:
  • Proficiency in diagnostic procedures for dental, periodontal, and oral pathology conditions.
  • Competence in restorative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, crown and bridge work, simple extractions, and family dentistry for all ages.
  • Ability to manage patients with complex medical histories and dental trauma.
• Additional Qualities:
  • Knowledge of rural healthcare services and needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of low-income populations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $165,000 - $180,000 annually.
