Qualifications of an endodontist:

• Education: Graduate of an ADA-accredited Endodontics program.
• License: DMD or DDS from an ADA-recognized institution.
• Active and unrestricted Idaho State Dental License.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
