Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in Salisbury, MD

Are you a dentist in the Eastern Shore region of Maryland seeking a rewarding career opportunity? Our growing, private group practice in Salisbury is looking for a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. We are an expanding, fee-for-service practice that provides a wide range of dental services, including restorative care, crown and bridge, dentures, partials, endodontics, implants, and Invisalign. We welcome applicants of all experience levels and are open to new graduates.

About the Position:

Compensation:

•  In addition to a percentage of collections, we offer a guaranteed salary up to $850 for the first three months.
•  Minimum base salary of $150,000 per year, but many dentists on staff exceed $200,000+ annually.
• Includes health, vision, life, and malpractice insurance, along with a continuing education allowance.
• We offer a relocation bonus of up to $25,000 which can assist with student aid repayment.
• All necessary tools and equipment are provided by the practice.

About the Office:

• The practice operates on a 100% fee-for-service model.
• We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, patient-focused culture and strong community ties.
• Enjoy autonomy in managing patient care and building rapport with a diverse patient base.

Schedule:

• 2 days per week: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 1 day per week: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Fridays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
