Recruiting Consultants for Private Dental Practices

Interviewing for a Full Time Associate Dentist position in a busy, 2-denitst private practice. Take over for a successful associate who is relocating out of the area. Near Sanford, this position is commutable from Raleigh, Cary, Pinehurst, Fayetteville.

Practice Description

  • Modern office with iTero, CBCT
  • Fully staffed with 4 hygienists, 5 assistants
  • Mixed patient base of cash and insurance patients. Minimal Medicaid
  • Lots of bread-and-butter dentistry to be done

Compensation for the Associate Dentist

  • Earn the greater of $800/day or 35% of production
  • Benefits include health, 401k, CE stipend, paid license fees, paid liability
  • Relocating associate making $200,000+

Requirements

  • Licensed North Carolina Dentist
  • Great people skills
  • Ability to fit in as one of the team
