West Valley Family Dental & Stone Creek Dental Care now hiring a part-time, Independent Contractor Oral Surgeon to join the team!
Seeking a passionate and energetic IC Oral Surgeon to collaborate with a dynamic team of dental professionals and assist in the continued growth of established practices. This doctor will be responsible for providing a range of oral surgery specialist treatment to a majority of PPO/FFS patients scheduling part-time (two days per month). Competitive IC compensation package available. The practices are busy and growing - NOW is a great time to join!

Requirements:
- Completion of US accredited Oral Surgery residency program
- Active or Pending Arizona dental license
- Active or Pending Federal DEA certificate and sedation permits
- Ability to interview in-person
