Columbia University College of Dental Medicine (CDM) is seeking a full-time general dentist or prosthodontist to fill an opening on the clinical faculty. The position is available immediately. Responsibilities for this position will center on predoctoral level didactic, clinical, and research instruction in restorative dentistry. Salary and rank are commensurate with credentials and experience.

The position requires effective interaction with other programs and the ability and commitment to teaching with a dedication to educational leadership contributing to the predoctoral student experience. The incumbent may be assigned administrative or managerial responsibilities through participation in clinical, educational, and administrative committees, task groups, or special projects.

Requires New York State dental license or the ability to obtain NYS licensure. Also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous teaching experience and board certification preferred. Experience with the use and application of digital dentistry, as well as implant restoration and removable prosthodontics, highly desired.
