Are you a passionate and energetic Periodontist looking to join a dynamic team of dental professionals? Are you also looking for continued growth in established practices along the way? Look no further.
This doctor will be responsible for providing a range of specialist treatment including extractions, implants and sedation to a majority of PPO/FFS patients. Flexible contract options and competitive compensation package available.

- Completion of US accredited Periodontic residency program
- Active or Pending Illinois dental license
- Active or Pending Federal DEA certificate and sedation permits
