Successful high-quality cosmetic and general dental practice located in New Canaan, Connecticut with a staff of eight is seeking a full-time dentist to join our team. While we prefer a full-time candidate, we will consider part-time 3+ days per week leading to full-time.

We provide Monday-Saturday appointments in our spacious standalone 2,500 square foot office, which offers on-site parking and is fully compliant with CDC, OSHA, and CSDA regulations regarding Covid-19.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and highly motivated practitioner to become a partner in our fee for service practice with a large referral base, with potential ownership opportunity over the next several years.  Our principal has over 30 years of practice experience and will provide valuable clinical and business management mentoring.

We are looking for a confident professional with a minimum of 2-3 years’ post residency experience who demonstrates strong communication and treatment plan presentation skills and has the clinical and interpersonal skills needed to build long-term patient relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will have a focus on cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, with general dentistry experience as well. An interest in marketing and practice management are a must.
