You will be practicing every aspect of dentistry from general and pediatric dentistry to sedations. We give you a place to improve your skills and grow personally. We provide a safe environment that gives you peace-of-mind by having teams dedicated to credentialing and licensing; marketing and scheduling; billing and collections; compliance and legal; payroll and benefits; supplies and inventory management; staffing; and IT.

We offer continuing education credits, leadership training, and an annual doctor retreat, along with online Spears training at your fingertips. With a focus on supporting our doctor's long-term goals, we also offer partnerships and doctor ownership opportunities as we continue to expand our practices and grow the number of offices serving patients throughout the state of Texas. Practice Information:

• Positions open in both of our El Paso practices:
  • Smile Magic of El Paso/Montana Office: (4) doctors rotating and working (3) 12-hour shifts/week Mon-Sat 8am-8pm   
  • Smile Magic of El Paso/Zaragoza Office: (2) doctor practice working Tues-Thurs 10am-6pm; Fri 8am-4pm; Sat 8am-2pm
• Child/Adult patient ratio = 90% child and 10% adult
• 2019-2020 Annual Patient visits = 12,000 average total per practice
• Monthly Patient Visits Potential = 1,400 average total per practice
• Loan Repayment towards student loans = $10,000 after year 1; $12,000 after year 2; $15,000 after year 3 and beyond
• El Paso ISD has one of the highest concentration of top ranked public schools in Texas
• El Paso International Airport allows flights to:
  • DFW in 1.5 hours
  • Las Vegas or Salt Lake City in 3.5 hours
  • Cancun in 5 hours
