The Verber Dental Group is looking for a full time Pediatric Dentist for our newest location to open Spring 2021.  Associates are welcome, but pathways to partnership are open and established for ownership minded individuals.  The group offers high-end patient centered complete care dentistry with state-of-the-art technologies. Six established practices within a 15-mile radius of the new office fosters a well-established patient core. Our historical success comes from taking time to build relationships and deliver quality care, a philosophy we have had since 1974.

Candidate Attributes

Required qualities:

•         Successful completion of two-year pediatric residency

•         License to practice in Pennsylvania

•         Strong relationship minded communication skills

•         Team oriented mentality

•         Passion for dentistry

•         Openness to be mentored and to mentor

•         Strong clinical abilities

Preferred qualities:

•         Two years of post-doctoral clinical experience, ideally with at least one year of private practice or military experience.

•         Career minded and looking for long-term professional commitment.

Compensation and Benefits

Guarantee base salary with a % of collections for all work, including exams.  Once earnings exceed draw, doctor pay will be reconciled monthly.

Partnership

The partners’ ownership carries through all practices, including the specialty centers, so that teamwork is fostered among doctors.  After 1-3 years of associateship a letter of intent for a buy in can be offered, setting the stage for a one year partnership transition.  Of the last 14 full time associates, 11 have become partners and 2 are now letter of intent holders.  We proudly have achieved an 86% associate to partner conversion rate.

Partners in the dental group also have the opportunity to build wealth as qualified investors in ancillary business entities, including real estate.
