Interviewing for a Full-Time Associate Dentist position in a busy private practice. Take over for a successful associate who has to stop practicing for health issues. In the vicinity of Sanford, this position is commutable from Raleigh, Cary, Pinehurst, Fayetteville.
Practice Description
- Modern office with paperless charting
- Well-trained staff
- Mixed patient base of cash and insurance patients. Minimal Medicaid
- Lots of bread and butter dentistry to be done
- Work next to the owner
Compensation for the Associate Dentist
- Earn the greater of $700/day or 32% of production
- Departing associate made $200,000+ in 2020 despite COVID shutdown
Requirements
- Licensed North Carolina Dentist
- Great people skills
- Ability to fit in as one of the team
