FACULTY POSITION IN DENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH

Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry is seeking applicants with DDS/DMD, or equivalent, and a PhD level education in epidemiology, public health, or behavioral sciences to develop and lead a community oral health educational and research program focused on community/urban health. Preferred candidates must either be eligible or have obtained board certification from the American Board of Dental Public Health. Candidates are expected to develop a funded research program (NIH or other agencies) in any area of population health or health services research.
Responsibilities will include teaching in the pre-doctoral dental and postgraduate programs in dental public health (residency); clinical teaching, research and service.
Candidate must have a track record showing commitment to serve diverse population groups and leading vision for the future of dental public health, dentistry and patient care.
