About the POSITION:

Must be a Certified Hygienist

Full time position

M-F 8-5

Can be flexible

Sat are very rare, and they pay separately

Will work with a Dentist and have an Assistant

Some facilities have 1 operatory and some have 2

They are taking all the precautions with COVID to keep the providers safe

Every patient is screened, and their temp is taken

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

Salary 75K - 109K

CE 300.00

4 weeks vacation for the first 2 years

5 weeks vacation at 3 years

6 weeks vacation at 7 years

Can accumulate up to 300 hours of vacation

Group will do a buy back, if desired, but only if they have taken 5 consecutive days off during the year

5 Administrators of Group are providers so they are really big on work/life balance

9 holidays

1 1/2 x annual salary for life insurace
