Ideal candidate will have 1+ yrs of experience but open to mentoring new grad if is the right fit, and offering potential future ownership. Rogers is located in the beautiful, fast growing Northwest corner of Arkansas, which is consistently rated in the “top 10 best places to live in the US”.  Candidate must be an Effective and articulate communicator. Possess a friendly professional demeanor, be comfortable with procedures including but not limited to surgical extractions, RCT, partials crown and bridges as well as proficient in inter-professional collaboration.
