Gladstone, MO:  We are seeking a FT, Long Term Associate, for 4 ½ days per week.  Ideal candidate will possess 2+ yrs experience but not opposed to mentoring the candidate that exemplifies the other qualities we are looking for in a candidate.  We are seeking an associate who is open to all phases of treatment. Ie.. planning to do routine endodontic treatment, diagnosing of implant treatment, restorations of implants. We are a Family Dental practice located in Gladstone, a northern suburb of Kansas City, MO. We provide general and restorative dental services from fillings to root canals, as well as offering a wide range of cosmetic dentistry options. We are a Fee for Service practice and are a preferred provider with only one insurance plan, Delta Dental Premier. We see 80-90 new patients a month with 40-50% of these being from direct referrals and with our patient referral program an associate can quickly build regular patients.
