We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist our offices with computer hardware and software issues. This position will work out of our new Practice Support Center in Brentwood, TN and at times work on-site in our practices with occasional remote work to assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT related issues.


  • Identifying hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Resolving network issues
  • Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via remote link
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software and computer peripherals
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  • Providing basic training on computer operation and management
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Managing multiple cases at one time
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies
  • Setup Accounts for new hires
  • Manage users and groups in Office365
  • Support phone system and desk phones



  • Minimum of 2 years of IT technical support experience
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Certification in Microsoft or Cisco
  • Prior experience in Healthcare IT
